Greetings. I'm Paul Johnson, a professor of political science at the University of Kansas. I work also in the Center for Research Methods and Data Analysis, where we do consulting on statistical and computational problems.
My homepage is https://pj.freefaculty.org. If you are looking for help with R stuff, please see https://pj.freefaculty.org/R. If you are looking for my statistics lectures, I'm pooled everything under https://pj.freefaculty.org/guides. If you don't find something there, there is a good chance I did not write it yet. Or I wrote it so long ago it is not even in my version management system.
Dear Paul,
I’m questioning about rare events in logistic regression and I was wondering if you have the answer to the question you asked in a previous post : “how the bias correction links to mixed models ?”
Thanks
Anais
Sorry, did not see your question here.
My answer is NO answer! The general sense seems to be “ignore the problem”, the GLMM is hard enough as it is.
