RPM for Centos Swarm 2.4.1

The tcl/tk 8.5 packages should be in your system already, including the devel parts.

Same for hdf5. The packages from EPEL work fine.

If you just want to build and run Swarm in Objective-C, just install the RPM for nojava, that will save you some hassle.

If you want to use Java Swarm, as far as I can tell, you need to be running in a 32bit environment. You need to install a java runtime & jdk, I use the one from Sun, but I bet you can fool this one in to thinking you have it.

Swarm is going to look for the Java stuff here:

/usr/lib/jvm/java-1.6.0-sun

So if you don't install the Sun JDK, I'd suggest you install openjdk and then put a symbolic link from your top level of the openjdk to /usr/lib/jvm/java-1.6.0-sun. The Java Swarm requires all the swarm packages, plus swarm-jdk.
