Example A: Classes instead of C-structs.

Inside the bfagent class, there are 2 huge structs, "BF_Rule" and "BFparams".
The code in bfagent.m is difficult to work on because everything that is done with rules and parameters is done procedurally in bfagent.m itself.
It is better to segregate calculations in to subclasses, and clean up the agent.
