I have studied fish behavior with agent based models. Specific applications include: fish foraging with a game theoretic basis (in Natural Resource Modeling 2000); fish migration using SWARM (with S. Railsback and N. Beer); fish passage at dams (with A. Goodwin and J. Nestler)
